Finance Director Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Finance Director to lead our financial strategy and operations.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting and regulatory standards (US GAAP).
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to conduct periodic accounting reviews, driving process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Support valuation processes of portfolio companies in line with internal policies and auditor requirements.
  • Manage treasury functions including capital call monitoring, reconciliations, and liquidity planning.
  • Provide transaction support for capital deployment, including deal documentation review and payment processing.
  • Prepare and distribute quarterly investor reports, capital account statements, and financial summaries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Lead investor communication for capital calls and distributions; maintain logs and receipt tracking. Respond to investor queries and information requests with high professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Assist in audit preparations and financial disclosures, including coordinating third-party valuation inputs.
  • Develop and review ad-hoc financial models and dashboards for internal decision-making.
  • Review tax and regulatory filings/submissions and compliances.
  • Work closely with the Accounts team to meticulously review monthly financial statements across all entities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal financial controls.
  • Supervise the preparation and submission of all Direct and Indirect Tax filings, ensuring full regulatory compliance and timely execution of all statutory obligations within prescribed deadlines.
  • Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring optimized turnaround times (TATs) for disbursements and collections while maintaining robust internal controls.
  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets, and drive the delivery of high-quality Monthly and Quarterly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for stakeholders. Spearhead the execution of consolidated accounts and cash flow forecasts across all relevant entities.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance with statutory requirements, and alignment with internal policies.
