Financial Planning and Analysis Leader

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical skills to lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for our global marketing organization.

This role requires analyzing campaign spend, conducting variance analysis, and delivering actionable insights to senior leaders. You will partner with them to optimize investments and drive cost efficiencies.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, preferably in a marketing finance function. Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools is essential, as well as hands-on experience with Allocadia, Ariba, and ERP systems.

Key skills include strong communication skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. A Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required, and knowledge of GAAP and local financial regulations is beneficial.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to simplify complex data for non-financial audiences and drive process improvements and automation across marketing finance workflows.
