Job Title: Business Development Finance Partner

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Finance Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial concepts, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Develop and implement financial analysis to drive business insights and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business performance by providing financial/commercial expertise and insights.
  • Trade Spend Management: Manage trade spend across multiple channels, driving cost savings and optimizing revenue growth.
  • Net Revenue Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize net revenue, including pricing optimization and volume/value/margin market share analysis.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to drive growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • Professional Qualifications: CA Inter or Qualified ICWA with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Excellent Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop insights.
    • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Collaboration and Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically and strategically, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
