Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to oversee General Ledger (GL) consolidation and Management Information System (MIS) reporting.

This role involves ensuring accurate and timely financial consolidation across multiple business units/entities, as well as delivering insightful MIS reports for strategic decision-making.

  • Ensure timely month-end and year-end GL closing activities.
  • Consolidate financial data from multiple business units/entities in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Perform inter company reconciliations and eliminate intercompany transactions.
  • Manage and maintain chart of accounts consistency across entities.
  • Support statutory audit, internal audit, and compliance processes with relevant GL data.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze variances between budgeted and actual financial results and provide commentary.
  • Provide financial insights and dashboards for business reviews and management decision-making.

This position requires close collaboration with the FPA team to align MIS with forecasting and budgeting cycles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of accounting standards such as IFRS or US GAAP, and experience in MIS reporting and financial analysis.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can work under tight deadlines and has a process improvement mindset.
