Job Title: Finance Assistant Manager
We are seeking a skilled and proactive finance professional to lead the finance operations of our entity in India.- Lead financial reporting, compliance, ERP implementation, and alignment with regional leadership to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee the implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of ERP systems to enhance financial efficiency.
- Prepare and consolidate accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and regional teams.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial efficiency across the entity.
- Manage relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support cross-border finance projects, policy rollouts, and regional reporting requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA, ACCA, or CPA required.
- 6–9 years of finance experience, with proven ability to manage reporting, compliance, and ERP projects.
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS, Indian tax laws, and ERP systems.
- Proven ability to manage compliance, reporting, and operational finance in a multinational context.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
