Job Overview:

The Financial Operations Leader will oversee all financial activities to ensure fiscal discipline, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Strategy: Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Advise leadership on cost optimization, capital allocation, and ROI analysis. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.">
  • Accounting & Compliance: Oversee day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and payroll. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations. Coordinate internal and external audits.">
  • Procurement & Cost Management: Collaborate with procurement and operations to track material costs and vendor payments. Implement cost control measures across supply chain and manufacturing units.">
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and board-level dashboards. Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions and performance reviews.">
  • System Development & Process Enhancement: Recommend and implement financial systems. Streamline documentation and approval workflows for finance-related processes.">

Qualifications & Skills:

">

A Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is preferred, with 5–10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or construction. Budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, compliance, Excel, Tally/SAP are required. The candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, a strong communicator with excellent communication and presentation skills.
