We are currently seeking a strategic HR partner to play an integral part in our team.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to management, ensuring alignment between HR strategies and business objectives. This position involves providing expert guidance to line management, analyzing HR trends and metrics to inform business decisions, and addressing complex employee relations issues and grievances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve complex employee relations issues and grievances.
  • Strengthen work relationships, improve morale, and enhance productivity and retention.
  • Provide expert HR policy guidance and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Monitor and contribute to workforce and succession planning strategies.
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals, supporting professional development.
  • Recommend and implement innovative HR strategies to drive business success.
