About This Role

This leadership position is pivotal in driving strategic execution and ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and culture.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor and partner to the executive leadership, supporting decision-making and driving cross-functional initiatives.

  • Work closely with senior leaders to shape and execute organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnering

  • Facilitate collaboration across business units and teams.
  • Build trust and influence across dispersed senior leaders to ensure seamless orchestration of priorities.

Business & Financial Leadership

  • Support P&L oversight with analytical rigor and business acumen.
  • Drive efficiency, monitor business performance, and provide actionable recommendations.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Lead technology-driven initiatives that enhance agility and scalability.
  • Implement processes and systems that align with organizational goals.

Change Management & Digital Transformation

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive digital transformation and innovation.
  • Enhance organizational capabilities through technology-enabled change management.

Leadership Enablement

  • Prepare executive presentations, communications, and reports for board and senior stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic insights and business cases for growth initiatives.

Organizational Culture & Communication

  • Act as a cultural integrator, helping navigate nuances across teams.
  • Ensure clarity, transparency, and alignment in internal communication at all levels.
Requirements

Experience & Abilities Required

  • 3–5 years of experience, with exposure to P&L management or strategic projects preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead teams or drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Digital native, with adaptability and ability to drive technology-enabled change.
  • Strong ability to influence without authority and build trust across senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Deep business acumen and understanding of growth levers.
  • Strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
  • Maturity to navigate corporate culture and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
