Corporate Transaction Advisory Expert

We are seeking a seasoned M&A advisory professional to join our organization in an expert capacity.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional deal teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and overseeing all aspects of transaction execution from origination to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Leadership: Lead the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions including deal origination, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
  • Client Advisory: Provide strategic guidance to clients on potential M&A opportunities, corporate restructuring, divestitures, and capital raising ensuring alignment with their long-term objectives.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial modelling and valuation analysis including discounted cash flow DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses.
  • Deal Structuring: Design deal structures that meet client objectives while maximizing value oversee negotiations of terms pricing and legal documentation.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients investors banks legal advisors and other third-party advisors.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends competitive dynamics and industry developments to identify new opportunities for clients.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior team members providing guidance on financial analysis client presentations and deal execution.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams legal tax and regulatory to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
