Strategic Growth Leader

The Senior Manager leads the development and execution of strategic growth initiatives by identifying and integrating acquisition targets, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential acquisitions and strategic partnership opportunities aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis to assess financial and operational risks associated with the transaction.
  • Manage due diligence processes, working closely with internal teams, external advisors, and investment banks to create presentations for internal review and senior leadership.
  • Lead drafting of all transaction documents as well as closing procedures.
  • Assist in post-merger integration, ensuring synergies and operational alignment.
Qualifications and Experience
  • MBA (Finance) from a top-tier institute or Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • Minimum CFA Level 2 preferred.
  • 5-7 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in M&A/Strategy roles.
  • Understanding of M&A processes, documentation, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with financial dataset tools (Bloomberg/Capital IQ).
  • High attention to detail along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
