**Job Title:** Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects from start to finish.

  • Design & Technical Support:

The successful candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all design aspects of the project are feasible, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. This includes reviewing and preparing structural drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and technical documents, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.

  • Project Planning & Coordination:

The chosen candidate will be responsible for assisting in preparing project schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates. They will also coordinate with various teams, including design, PMC (Project Management Consultant), and contracting teams, to ensure timely completion and high-quality results. Additionally, they will evaluate technical aspects of tenders and contractor selection.

  • Site Supervision & Execution:

The successful applicant will supervise site works, ensuring that design intent and quality standards are met. They will monitor contractors and labor teams to ensure timely completion, check material usage and workmanship, and verify adherence to approved specifications.

  • Quality & Safety:

This role requires the implementation of quality control procedures for concrete, steel, and other construction materials. The successful candidate must ensure safety practices are followed at construction sites, conduct regular inspections, and provide site progress reports to management.

  • Quantity & Cost Control:

The chosen candidate will prepare and verify material quantities for procurement, check contractor bills, certify measurements for payment processing, control wastage, and optimize material use.

  • Client & Team Communication:

The successful applicant will assist in explaining technical details to clients in coordination with architects and act as a bridge between the office design team and on-site execution team. They will attend review meetings and provide technical inputs.
