- Conduct site inspections and address any issues or delays proactively.
- Assist in planning and execution of project schedules and resource allocation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
