Job description Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our real estate development team in Bangalore As a Site Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects ensuring that they are executed efficiently safely and within budget Your role will involve working closely with architects contractors and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects Responsibilities Manage and supervise construction activities at various project sites in Bangalore ensuring adherence to quality safety and timelines Collaborate with architects structural engineers and contractors to review project plans specifications and design changes Coordinate and oversee the procurement and delivery of construction materials ensuring their quality and timely availability Monitor construction progress identify potential issues and take corrective measures to ensure project milestones are achieved Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with approved plans specifications and regulatory requirements Manage and resolve any construction-related problems or conflicts that may arise during the project Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of project activities including daily progress reports quality control records and safety records Work closely with the project management team to develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resource allocation Ensure compliance with local building codes regulations and safety standards Conduct regular meetings with contractors subcontractors and other stakeholders to review project progress address issues and provide updates Train and mentor junior site engineers and construction staff providing guidance and support as needed Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Proven 4 years experience as a Site Engineer in the real estate or construction industry preferably in Bangalore Sound knowledge of construction processes methods and materials Familiarity with local building codes regulations and safety standards Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders Proficient in using construction management software and tools Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Valid driving license Job Type Full-time Pay 16 630 56 - 40 945 02 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Willingness to travel 100 Preferred Work Location In person
