B.E/B.Tech Civil/ Mechanical / Electricals with 4-8 yrs post qualification expereince.

SITE ENGINEER (CIVIL / MECHANICAL / ELECTRICAL)

  • Reviewing Drawing and Ensuring all typical details as required execution,
  • Studying and understanding of approved Drawings and Planning.
  • Ensuring and Inspection of all constructional Works.
  • Maintaining DPR.
  • Co-ordinate with Contractors and Contractor supervisors about Works.
  • Completion of Project with Quality and Safety.
  • Day to Day activities reporting.
  • Should have worked on Industrial projects

CIVIL - PLANNING & BILLING

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera/MS Project.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to align civil works timelines.
  • Monitor progress against baseline and flag delays with mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards for senior management.
  • Prepare RA (Running Account) bills, final bills, and reconciliation statements.
  • Verify contractor measurements and ensure timely certification of bills.
  • Maintain records of BOQ (Bill of Quantities), work orders, and change orders.
  • Liaise with finance and procurement teams for timely payments and cost control.
  • Interface with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Conduct site visits to validate progress and quality of civil works.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Support quantity take-offs and cost estimation for civil packages.
  • Track material consumption and reconcile with planned quantities.
  • Assist in budget forecasting and variance analysis.

MECHANICAL - PLANNING & BILLING

  • Develop detailed mechanical work schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure timely delivery of MEP
  • components.
  • Monitor progress and update schedules based on site conditions and resource availability.
  • Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities, and monitor progress against MEP plans.
  • Coordinate with site teams to ensure accurate estimation of materials required for projects.
  • Review contractor bills, verify quantity take-offs, and process payment requests.
  • Conduct regular checks on bill status updates and resolve discrepancies as needed.

Ensure timely submission of RA bills to clients while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

ELECTRICAL -PLANNING & BILLING

  • Develop and maintain detailed electrical project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to align timelines and deliverables.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor electrical work progress and ensure adherence to plans.
  • Prepare and verify contractor/vendor bills for electrical works as per contract terms.
  • Ensure accurate measurement and documentation of work done (MB preparation).
  • Coordinate with finance and procurement teams for timely processing of invoices.
  • Handle client billing and ensure compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
  • Review electrical drawings, BOQs, and specifications for planning and billing accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
  • Support procurement in evaluating electrical vendors and materials.
