Job Summary

We are looking for an Interior Execution Civil Engineer who can independently handle site execution for interior and civil works. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, on-site coordination skills, and the ability to manage contractors, quality, and timelines effectively.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision

  • Execute interior and civil works as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor daily site activities and ensure smooth progress of work.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks as per project schedule.

Technical & Quality Control

  • Review and interpret working drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
  • Ensure materials used meet quality standards and approved samples.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain workmanship quality.
  • Identify and resolve site issues promptly.

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with architects, designers, MEP teams, and PMC.
  • Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress.
  • Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update stakeholders.

Material & Resource Management

  • Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
  • Raise material requests and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain proper documentation of site materials.

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols at the site.
  • Supervise workers and ensure safe execution practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • 3–8 years of experience in interior fit-out execution.
  • Strong knowledge of civil, carpentry, plumbing, electrical coordination.
  • Ability to read AutoCAD drawings (basic knowledge required).
  • Good communication and site management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in commercial, residential, or corporate interior projects.
  • Vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
