Job Summary We are looking for an Interior Execution Civil Engineer who can independently handle site execution for interior and civil works The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge on-site coordination skills and the ability to manage contractors quality and timelines effectively Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution Supervision Execute interior and civil works as per drawings specifications and quality standards Monitor daily site activities and ensure smooth progress of work Coordinate with contractors vendors and labor teams Ensure timely completion of tasks as per project schedule Technical Quality Control Review and interpret working drawings BOQs and specifications Ensure materials used meet quality standards and approved samples Conduct regular site inspections to maintain workmanship quality Identify and resolve site issues promptly Coordination Communication Coordinate with architects designers MEP teams and PMC Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress Prepare daily weekly site reports and update stakeholders Material Resource Management Monitor material usage and prevent wastage Raise material requests and ensure timely delivery Maintain proper documentation of site materials Safety Compliance Ensure adherence to safety protocols at the site Supervise workers and ensure safe execution practices Required Skills Qualifications Diploma B E B Tech in Civil Engineering 3-8 years of experience in interior fit-out execution Strong knowledge of civil carpentry plumbing electrical coordination Ability to read AutoCAD drawings basic knowledge required Good communication and site management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines Preferred Skills Experience in commercial residential or corporate interior projects Vendor management and negotiation skills Working knowledge of MS Office Excel Word Job Type Full-time Pay 24 312 44 - 59 971 39 per month Work Location In person
