Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Casting Process specialist located in Bellary. The daily responsibilities for this position include overseeing the casting process, managing metal casting and die casting operations, ensuring quality control, and collaborating with the metallurgy team. The role requires hands-on involvement in the casting process from preparation to final product and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The specialist will also work closely with other team members to enhance and maintain the efficiency of the casting operations.
Qualifications
- Casting, Metal Casting, and Die Casting skills
- Knowledge and experience in Metallurgy
- Excellent attention to detail for quality control
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the steel manufacturing industry is a plus
