Construction Site Manager Opportunity

This role is for an experienced and skilled Construction Site Manager to oversee construction projects on-site.

The successful candidate will work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and construction workers to ensure that the project progresses efficiently, meets quality and safety standards, and adheres to project plans and schedules.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day construction activities to align with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor work on-site to meet quality and safety standards, as well as any regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Coordinate resources effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers.
  • Provide technical guidance, resolve engineering issues, and make decisions related to construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and change orders.
  • Address unexpected issues and offer practical solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Keep clients informed about project progress and address their concerns.
  • Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

Key Qualifications:

  • Degree: BTech/ BE Civil Engineering
  • Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience in construction management
  • Proficiency in construction industry regulations and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
