Business Growth Strategist

The ideal candidate will spearhead initiatives to forge and nurture business partnerships, driving new business opportunities for the company. Complementing strong communication skills, this individual should be able to think critically when devising plans and demonstrate the ability to execute a well-defined strategy.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-4 years' prior industry-related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
BDM Role
Generate IT business through bidding portals like Upwork, Guru, PPH, Freelance, and others.
Explore new business opportunities and interact with clients through cold calls, chats, and emails.
Develop and maintain relationships, understand client requirements, and drive business acquisition.
Handle basic CRM software such as Bitrix24, Zoho, and others.
Mandatory Skills
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills.
Candidates must have knowledge of international and domestic bidding platforms.
Strong understanding of clients' app and web development needs and the ability to offer relevant solutions and services.
Candidates should be from an IT background (web development, web design, graphic design, app development).
Ability to generate qualified business leads.
Ability to conduct market research and survey/competitor analysis.
Desired Skills (Not Mandatory)
Candidates should be self-starters and self-learners, able to pick up processes and techniques through self-study.
