Job Opportunity: Creative Strategist - Paid Ads
We are seeking an experienced Creative Strategist to lead our paid ads creative strategy end-to-end. This is a full-time remote role for someone who understands the science behind great ads and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop frameworks to identify stages of awareness and translate them into actionable ad concepts.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from scratch for creative strategy, including research, concepting, testing, and performance analysis.
- Owning the creative direction across static ads, carousels, GIFs, short/long-form videos.
- Partner closely with the growth team to align creatives with performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Manage designers, editors, and User-Generated Content (UGC) creators, building clear, repeatable creative workflows.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in creative strategy for paid ads (digital marketing agency background preferred).
- Proven track record of scaling ads across Meta, YouTube, or TikTok.
- Strong understanding of direct response copywriting and creative frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing metrics and how creatives impact them.
- Passionate about pet wellness and currently a dog parent.
