As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4 members handling sample sets tooling business in the Western and Northern regions. Your key responsibilities include allocating tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring team efficiency in achieving set targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and achieve a minimum 50% conversion rate from sample sets to exhibit orders for tooling in the Southern region.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve conversion ratios through customer engagement and technical support.
  • Provide expert technical knowledge related to tooling products to address customer requirements.
  • Troubleshoot issues, recommend suitable solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain professional and persuasive communication with customers for all technical correspondence.
  • Build and sustain strong rapport with clients across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and the Northern region.
  • Maintain and update various Sales Reports and MIS related to enquiries, leads, and customer accounts.

The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented teams. You should be proficient in sales reporting and MIS, and have a strong understanding of business development principles.
