Leadership Role

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of a retail branch, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient management.

Responsibilities:
  • Branch Operations:

    Opening procedures commence at 9:05 A.M. with the opening of the strong room, followed by inventory management and stock level control. The sales executive is also responsible for downloading the stock report and maintaining an attractive jewellery display.

  • Customer Service:

    Maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction involves handling customer queries, complaints, and resolving issues promptly. Staff training and motivation are essential to deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a positive experience for every customer.

  • Sales and Marketing:

    Driving sales and marketing initiatives aims to achieve targets and maximise revenue through planned promotional activities and events. Innovative ideas are encouraged to increase market share, and the store's visual merchandising standards must be outstanding. Regular communication, feedback collection, and personalised interactions ensure strong relationships with existing customers.

  • Team Management:

    Leading and managing a team of sales associates, administrative staff, and support personnel requires providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high performance and productivity levels. The recruitment, training, and supervision of branch staff are critical tasks. Sales executive performance is reviewed, with specific feedback provided on their performance.

  • Financial Management:

    Effective management of the branch budget is crucial, controlling expenses while maximising profitability. Branch expenses and budgets are monitored, and financial reports are analysed to take corrective actions as needed.

  • Safety and Security:

    Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding safety, security, and legal requirements is vital. Security measures are implemented to safeguard assets and prevent theft or loss, creating a safe and secure environment for staff and customers.
