Job Title: Credit Recovery Specialist

About the Role:As a Credit Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring timely recovery of dues from customers. Your primary goal is to maintain healthy relationships with law enforcement agencies and courts while adhering to established procedures and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure effective collection of amounts from customers within specified timeframes.
  • Update feedback from collection activities in the Collection System accurately.
  • Maintain adherence to the Code of Conduct at all times.
  • Report service issues promptly to supervisors.
  • Comply with relevant documentation and procedures wherever applicable.
  • Complete all training requirements on time, including annual refreshers, e-learnings, and product updates.
  • Closure of customer escalations within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Maintain accurate records and update legal MIS regularly.
  • Promote effective recovery of dues through collaborative efforts with law enforcement agencies and courts.
  • Implement legal tools efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of case files related to foreclosure and compliance processes.
  • Manage accounts diligently to ensure defined timelines are met, appropriate approvals are in place, and continuous feedback is provided to the local Credit team.
  • Collaborate closely with law enforcement agencies for successful recovery of dues.
  • Document Foreclosure files meticulously as per checklist guidelines.
  • Assign Foreclosure accounts appropriately under relevant policies and regulations.
  • Monitor stock levels according to applicable processes.
  • Submit periodic Asset verification reports.
  • Update records promptly for any changes in accountholder contact details.
  • Foster targeted results by interfacing with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular audits of Collection Agencies.
  • Exercise strict control over Agency performance concerning collector recruitment, training, and productivity.
