
Business Development Representative

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and converting inbound and outbound leads to achieve business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to prospective leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Scheduling and coordinating site visits for interested buyers.
- Handling inbound queries, explaining project details, and resolving customer doubts.
- Qualifying leads based on budget, requirements, and timelines.
- Maintaining accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Achieving daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate or sales-related roles.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English languages.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in follow-ups.
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism in client interactions.
