Drive Organizational Growth as a Strategic People Partner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive talent management, L&D, and business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to drive business results and improve organizational capabilities.
  • Identify and develop critical talent across the organization.
  • Design and deliver effective learning experiences that meet business needs.
  • Shape culture and enable transformation at every level of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in People Partner roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
