Event Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in organizing large-scale social/corporate events.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with clients and families to understand their vision, preferences, religious/cultural rituals, and expectations, tailoring our services to meet their unique needs.
  • Develop customized event plans, timelines, and mood boards that reflect the couples traditions and personal style, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned.
  • Curate and conceptualize event themes, decor, entertainment, and guest experiences that align with the client's brief, exceeding their expectations.
  • Liaise with production and setup teams for stage design, lighting, sound, floral arrangements, and layout, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Manage all pre-event ceremonies, rehearsals, and logistics, maintaining complete control over the event timeline.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors for decor, catering, hospitality, artists, production, logistics, and gifting, guaranteeing exceptional quality and service.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for clients and families throughout the event planning process, providing expert guidance and support every step of the way.
