Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to handle end-to-end event operations. The candidate will ensure smooth planning, coordination, and execution of events while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute events as per client requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, production teams, and internal departments.
  • Manage event logistics including setup, manpower, equipment, and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards at events.
  • Track budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Handle on-site event management and resolve operational issues in real time.
  • Prepare event reports, feedback, and ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event management operations or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational , multitasking skills,Presentation Skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage last-minute changes.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of event management software is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in corporate events, exhibitions, weddings, or large-scale functions is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
