Job Summary

We are looking for a Campaign Event Coordinator to plan and manage promotional events, product launches, and dealership campaigns. The role involves handling event logistics, coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring brand-aligned execution to drive awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute campaigns, events, and promotions from start to finish.
  • Manage venue booking, vendor coordination, logistics, and supplies.
  • Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective event execution.
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct post-event analysis and prepare reports on performance and ROI.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align events with brand strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination, event planning, branding, or campaign management.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  • Creativity with attention to detail.

Job Details

  • Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
