Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Defence Banking Liaison Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local Defence Forces, Paramilitary Forces, and State Police to strengthen our presence in the Defence sector.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and a strong background in banking or finance. They will also have experience in liaisoning with Defence forces and Paramilitary organisations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with local Defence Forces, Paramilitary Forces, and State Police
- Facilitate account opening and loan campaigns in Defence cantonments and military stations
- Coordinate with Zones/Regions to increase Defence banking business
- Act as a one-point contact for complaint redressal
