Job Summary

The Defence Banking Advisor role at Bank of Baroda requires an individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to strengthen relationships between the bank and defence forces. This includes liaisoning with local units, servicing relationships, and facilitating account opening and loan campaigns in cantonments and military stations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Liaise with local Divisions/Regimental Centres/Units/Brigade Head Quarters etc. to strengthen relationships between Forces and Bank of Baroda.">
  • Servicing of relationships along with Zones/ Regional Teams.">
  • Arranging meetings with Commanding Officers/Formation Commanders for senior functionaries of Bank of Baroda.">
  • Facilitating account opening/loan campaigns in cantonments and military stations.">
  • Providing full support to Zones/ Regions to tap maximum accounts of new recruits in Regimental Centres.">
  • Identifying opportunities for digitisation in Defence and necessary liaison at each level.">
  • Acting as one point of contact for complaint redressal.">
  • Assisting in placing advertisements in Defence/CAPF/State Police in-house magazines.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A Bachelor Degree (Graduation) in any discipline.">
  • Latest Rank: Retired Officials who held the rank of Brigadier in Indian Army/Commodore in Indian Navy/Air Commodore in Indian Air Force.">

Estimated Salary Range: ₹15 Lakhs - ₹25 Lakhs per annum.
