Marketing Professional

 

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Professional to manage the entire marketing cycle, from generating leads and running campaigns to analyzing performance and supporting sales with actionable insights.

The ideal candidate should be both analytical and execution-driven, capable of turning market data into strategies while actively implementing campaigns that deliver measurable business growth.

  • Identify potential leads through digital campaigns, social media, email, events, and partnerships.
  • Research and qualify leads using CRM and industry databases.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Execute targeted campaigns to attract new customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads, and offline channels.
  • Create engaging marketing content such as posts, blogs, case studies, brochures, and presentations.
  • Manage brand visibility across online and offline platforms.
  • Coordinate with design and product teams to create customer-centric messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Less than 2 years or 2 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with skills in Excel, Google Analytics, or BI tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and content writing skills.

 

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience in B2B / SaaS / ERP industry marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation & drip campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau for data visualization.
