Senior Human Resources Executive

We are seeking a highly qualified and dynamic HR professional to oversee the strategic management of our company's Human Resources function. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a proven track record in end-to-end HR operations, and the ability to align people practices with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
- Manage all plant-level HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training & development, and industrial relations.
- Drive initiatives to enhance workplace culture, compliance, and overall organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee time office, payroll, attendance, and shift management systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Implement HR policies, performance management systems, and career development frameworks to support employee growth and retention.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and welfare regulations, and maintain strong union/worker relationships while ensuring labor law compliance.
- Act as a strategic partner to plant leadership, supporting productivity and workforce efficiency.
- Manage disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution with fairness and transparency.
- Strong educational background and 15 years of relevant experience required.
- Proven knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and statutory compliance essential.
