We are seeking a skilled Cold Outreach Representative to join our logistics team.

This is a full-time, on-site role working directly with US clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting new leads, conducting outbound calls, and building relationships with logistics companies, carriers, and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective logistics clients in English and Spanish.
  • Presentation and promotion of logistics solutions to generate qualified leads.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through professional communication.
  • Accurate documentation of all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration with the logistics team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or business development (logistics industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into opportunities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and call tracking systems.
  • Able to work US business hours (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or logistics are an advantage.
