Sales Development Representative - Artificial Intelligence

As a dynamic and innovative startup, we are building cutting-edge solutions in the artificial intelligence space.

This role is ideal for someone eager to learn business-to-business sales in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospect Review & Outreach: Review and qualify the list of prospects generated through our sales funnel engine, reach out to target companies with customized collateral, and enter and maintain all outreach activities and prospect details in Zoho CRM.
  • CRM Management: Track engagement, responses, and progress on a regular basis.
  • Lead Nurturing: Follow up with prospects to confirm receipt of material and address initial queries, coordinate and schedule meetings with senior stakeholders, and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads to the senior sales team.
  • Sales Coordination: Assist in meeting preparation, agenda setting, and follow-up on action items.

In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to the business-to-business sales cycle, experience with CRM systems, outreach strategies, and stakeholder engagement, mentorship from experienced sales leaders, and the opportunity to convert into a full-time role based on performance and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in business-to-business sales, business development, or technology startups.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and productivity software.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following through tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and timelines.
