We're on the hunt for a seasoned leader to spearhead our industrial growth strategy in key sectors across India.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive market approach for our solutions in Biogas & ETP.
  • Driving aggressive revenue expansion and securing significant market share within these high-potential segments.
  • Establishing strategic client relationships and building robust partnerships that will shape our future.
You Will Be Crucial In:
  • Leading sales and business development efforts, responsible for achieving ambitious revenue and profitability targets for our solutions in Biogas, CBG, and ETP applications.
  • Designing and implementing targeted sales strategies, identifying and capitalizing on unique opportunities to disrupt traditional markets.
  • Identifying, engaging, and securing high-value projects, owning the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation to successful contract closure.
  • Cultivating and maintaining deep, strategic relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, project developers, and key end-users in the Biogas, CBG, and ETP industries.
About You:
  • 8-15 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or project management within industrial capital equipment, process plant solutions, or specialized infrastructure, with a strong focus on Biogas, CBG, or Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) projects.
  • A proven track record of launching initiatives or significantly growing business lines – we value demonstrated ambition and execution.
  • Deep understanding of the Biogas/CBG and ETP market dynamics, including key players, project lifecycles, and regulatory frameworks.
