Job Title: Rotary Equipment Design and Project Leadership

We are seeking a highly skilled Rotary Equipment Design and Project Leadership professional to lead our design and project teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and execution of rotary equipment systems.

About the Role:
This is a senior leadership position that requires extensive experience in rotary equipment design, project management, and team leadership. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of rotary equipment systems, including pumps, turbines, compressors, and blowers.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards.
  • Oversee the planning, design, and execution of rotary machinery projects, including resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, promoting continuous learning and professional growth for team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 10 years of experience in rotary equipment design, project management, and team leadership.
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, material properties, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
  • Strong skills in managing complex projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
