About Alter Domus

We are a leading provider of financial software solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Our team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Support Engineer to join our ranks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for eFront invest, a financial software application used to manage closed-ended fund activity.
  • Troubleshoot functional, data, and performance issues with eFront Invest and its connected interfaces.
  • Collaborate with our development team to diagnose and address bugs, implement fixes and enhancements, and contribute to the overall improvement of our products.
  • Design and develop new features, solutions, and interfaces in line with best practices.
  • Document and maintain support procedures, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation.
  • Work with our larger IT team on special projects to integrate eFront into the larger AD ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience working in an application support role.
  • 2+ years experience in team management.
  • Knowledge of eFront Front Invest or other asset management applications.
  • University degree (master or bachelor) in IT.
  • Knowledge in relational databases: MS SQL Server.
  • Professional Experience with VB.Net, Powershell & SQL.
  • Familiarity with version controlling systems (GIT, SVN).
  • Experience with agile software development lifecycle methodologies (Scrum, Azure DevOps).
  • Highly motivated with a strong sense of commitment and teamwork.
  • Highly analytical and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
