Drive Regional IT Operations Excellence

We partner with global enterprises to bridge local vendors, SPOCs, and central IT. As a regional operations manager, you will drive standardized service delivery, compliance, and operational excellence in the region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise between local business stakeholders and central IT teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Standardize local IT services under corporate governance to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Oversee procurement processes and vendor performance to optimize value and minimize risks.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to validate invoices on time and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local and regional regulations to mitigate risks and avoid penalties.
  • Align regional IT setups with global standards to leverage best practices and improve outcomes.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for non-standard applications to minimize downtime and maximize user satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT service management or operations.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management to drive value and minimize risks.
  • Hands-on experience managing IT services and vendor contracts to optimize relationships and outcomes.
  • Good understanding of ITIL-based service management principles to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Experience working with finance teams and familiar with local compliance requirements to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
