Job Title: Cluster Lead-First Wealth

Department: Private Banking

The Cluster Lead-First Wealth will be responsible for overseeing Relationship Managers in the branch, ensuring their recruitment, training, and continuous development to meet set goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Recruitment: Responsible for quality recruitment, training, and developing the knowledge and capability of RMs in the branch.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to individuals for the enablement of achievement of defined goals.
  • Team Productivity: Ensure the RM Team maintains productivity, achieves goal sheet objectives, and revenue targets.
  • Cross-Selling Initiatives: Enhance engagement with HNI customers through joint calls with RMs, drive cross-selling initiatives, and ensure compliance.
  • Data-Driven Sales: Envisage data-driven sales plans for existing liability product customers of the region to improve portfolio quality and account usage.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that relationship managers provide best customer service to their portfolio customers and ensure all processes are followed as laid down within the bank's audit and compliance framework.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Attract and retain best-in-class talent for RM's in the Branch.
  • Employee Productivity: Monitor key parameters on employee productivity and attrition rates and make necessary improvements.
