Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Interaction: Deliver outstanding customer experiences by engaging with clients in a warm and welcoming manner, understanding their preferences and showcasing our stunning collection of Jewellery.
  2. Sales Management: Drive revenue growth by effectively communicating the unique features and benefits of our products, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and providing top-notch customer service.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our Jewellery range, stay updated on the latest trends, and educate clients on the craftsmanship and quality that define JS Solitaire.
  4. Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, with displays showcasing our Jewellery at its best, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to achieve collective goals, sharing insights and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the Jewellery industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for Jewellery and a keen eye for design.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
