Job Title: Community Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in building and nurturing a thriving community. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences, fostering engagement, and managing the smooth day-to-day operations of our coworking space.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Member Relations
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for members, ensuring all their needs are met in a timely manner.
    • Address member inquiries and resolve issues quickly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with members by actively understanding their requirements and feedback.
  • Tours & Onboarding
    • Conduct tours for potential clients, showcasing our facilities, amenities, and membership options.
    • Lead the onboarding process for new members by providing orientation and helping them integrate smoothly into the community.
  • Community Development & Engagement
    • Plan and organize networking events, workshops, and social gatherings to encourage collaboration.
    • Facilitate meaningful connections and collaborations among members to strengthen the community.
    • Foster an inclusive, positive, and supportive culture that celebrates diversity and engagement.
  • Space & Operations Management
    • Oversee day-to-day space operations, including reservations, vendor coordination, and resource allocation.
    • Ensure that our coworking space remains clean, fully functional, and well-maintained at all times.
    • Manage membership contracts, invoicing, and record-keeping to ensure smooth operations.
  • Marketing & Promotion
    • Collaborate with our marketing team to design and execute campaigns that attract new members.
    • Actively promote events, programs, and community updates through various communication channels.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Track and analyze data related to occupancy, space utilization, and member satisfaction to measure performance.
    • Prepare detailed reports and share insights with management to support decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Conflict Resolution
    • Proactively identify and address member concerns with empathy and professionalism.
    • Mediate conflicts and resolve disputes in a constructive manner to maintain a respectful and harmonious environment.

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse members and create a welcoming community.
    • Organizational skills to manage the operations and events of our coworking space.
    • Knowledge of coworking industry trends, community management best practices, and facility management.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills, including spoken and written English.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proactive mindset with ownership and responsibility for assigned work.
