Shape the Future of AI-Powered Platforms

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our team. As an SDET, you will play a vital role in shaping platforms powered by AI, automation, and large language models (LLMs) to accelerate innovation and deliver flawless releases at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, Develop, and Maintain Sophisticated Automation Frameworks: Use Playwright, Selenium, Appium, REST Assured, and many more to design, develop, and maintain sophisticated automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API applications.
  • Implement Advanced Test Strategies: Implement advanced test strategies—functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing powered by agentic AI and large language models (LLMs).
  • Collaborate with Product, Development, and QA Teams: Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to define intelligent test coverage leveraging AI-driven agents, automated defect tracking, and dynamic reporting.
  • Drive CI/CD Pipeline Integration: Drive CI/CD pipeline integration for scalable automation; continuously lead improvements in reliability, maintainability, and rapid feedback cycles.
  • Investigate Bugs and Debug Applications: Investigate bugs, debug applications, and automate root cause analysis through LLM-powered workflows and agentic testing solutions.
  • Mentor Junior Engineers: Mentor junior QA and automation engineers and actively participate in rigorous code and design reviews.
  • Champion Testing Trends: Champion the latest testing trends—integrating AI, agentic approaches, and LLMs in automated test authoring and validation.
Requirements:
  • Strong Proficiency in Java or Similar Language: Strong proficiency in Java or a similar language; mastery with test automation tools (Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Cypress, REST Assured).
  • Proven Experience Designing Scalable Automation Frameworks: Proven experience designing and building scalable automation frameworks from scratch.
  • Expertise in Test Automation: Very strong expertise with test automation of Web Apps, complex APIs, Mobile apps.
  • Knowledge of Performance and Security Testing: Knowledge of performance and security testing.
  • Experience Integrating Automated Testing: Experience integrating automated testing with CI/CD pipelines and maintaining high coverage and rapid feedback.
  • Knowledge of Agentic Testing Applications: Knowledge of agentic testing applications, practical use of LLMs and AI in testing, and a willingness to experiment with the latest QA tools.
  • Understanding of Version Control and CI/CD: Understanding of version control (Git), CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps), and structured test reporting.
  • Thorough Grasp of SDLC and Agile Practices: Thorough grasp of SDLC, Agile practices, QA methodologies, and team collaboration.
  • Excellent Analytical, Debugging, and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Equivalent Practical Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4-5 Years Hands-On Experience in SDET/Test Automation Roles: 4-5 years hands-on experience in SDET/test automation roles.
