We're seeking an experienced Data Insights Specialist to leverage financial and credit data for AI-driven lending solutions.

Leverage structured and unstructured data (banking, fintech, telco usage, credit bureau) to power innovative lending strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze large datasets to generate insights that support lending models.
  • Collaborate with machine learning engineers to validate and benchmark model outputs.
  • Develop dashboards and reports on loan performance, portfolio risk, customer segmentation, and key metrics.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify gaps, biases, and enrichment opportunities in training datasets.
  • Support regulatory compliance by preparing summaries, documentation, and explainability insights.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in credit/financial analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Superset).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with Python or R for data wrangling, EDA, and statistical analysis.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
