Job Title: Impact Partner– India

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the advancement of our sustainability agenda in India, with a particular focus on social and environmental issues.

The role will drive local execution, ensuring global strategies are adapted and implemented in the Indian context. This involves collaborating with global program managers, employee champion groups, and community partners to achieve measurable outcomes.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Local Program Implementation
  • Adapting and executing global strategies for environmental responsibility, diversity & belonging, and health & well-being within India.
  • Designing and delivering initiatives that reflect local needs while remaining consistent with global frameworks.
  • Building relationships with senior leaders to support our impact agenda in India.
  • Collaborating with HR, Communications, and Facilities to embed sustainability into workplace practices in India.
