About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a professional dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of environmental, health and safety (EHS) in our operations.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining an effective EHS management system, implementing KPIs and monitoring IMS according to international standards.

Job Description:
  • EHS System Implementation: The candidate will be responsible for driving the implementation of EHS systems across various locations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Safety Monitoring: They will monitor IMS activities, conduct regular site assessments, and drive corrective actions to prevent incidents.
  • Training and Development: The candidate will identify training needs and organize programs for EHS personnel at different levels.
  • Compliance and Reporting: They will ensure timely reporting and communication of incidents, accidents, and near misses, and liaise with local authorities for statutory EHS compliances.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Industry Experience: At least 10-12 years of experience in driving EHS system implementation and project management.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of factory-related legal and applicable statutory requirements.
  • Education: A degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS), or additional qualifications like NEBOSH.
