Sustainability Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Specialist to join our team at Tigi-HR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental engineering, ESG standards, and performance best practices.

The role of the Sustainability Specialist includes but not limited to:

  • Collecting data from clients and ensuring accuracy as per defined requirements.
  • Performing data gathering, validation, verification, and calculations related to Carbon Footprint emissions (Scope 1, 2 & 3).
  • Conducting data collection, validation, verification, and calculations for Life Cycle Assessments (LCA).
  • Preparing draft reports for Carbon Footprint, Life Cycle Assessment, and ESG in line with established guidelines and frameworks.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental engineering, ESG standards, and performance best practices. Key skills include:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Other Responsibilities

The Sustainability Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and updating the sales pipeline regularly.
  • Researching industries and organizations in target markets to identify opportunities and drive sales initiatives.
  • Conducting account mapping, understanding buyer personas, identifying key decision-makers, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
