Senior Software Architect Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Architect to drive the development of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, data systems, and cloud technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable systems, shaping engineering culture, and championing AI-first innovation.

  • Key Skills:
  • Backend Development: Python, Java, C#, or Golang with expertise in distributed systems and scalable architectures
  • Data & Messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Cloud Technologies: AWS, GCP, Azure, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bamboo)
  • System Design & Architecture: Microservices, Domain-driven design, Event-driven architecture, Reusable frameworks, Shared libraries
  • AI & Innovation: Adoption of AI accelerators, RAG, LLMs, Vector Databases, AI-first engineering practices
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Technical mentorship, stakeholder management, cross-team communication, org-wide technical direction

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a domain-level architect, defining reusable patterns, frameworks, and best practices across teams.
  2. Lead large-scale, cross-functional engineering initiatives that align technical roadmaps with strategic business outcomes.
  3. Own critical technical decisions across multiple domains, ensuring long-term platform scalability, performance, and reliability.
  4. Champion adoption of observability, testing, security, and quality standards throughout the organization.
  5. Mentor engineers at all levels, fostering technical leadership capacity across the org.
  6. Guide adoption of AI-first practices, enabling teams to leverage AI accelerators, LLMs, and automation to increase efficiency.
  7. Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to influence org-wide strategies and architecture reviews.
