About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Team Lead to oversee the development and delivery of software solutions for the life sciences industry.

You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding a team of full-stack engineers, managing project execution from technical design to deployment, and ensuring high standards for code quality, performance, and security.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in full-stack development using JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) and Java, as well as expertise in cloud infrastructure and deployment on AWS.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and support a team of full-stack engineers
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to plan and deliver new features
  • Manage project execution from technical design to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and security

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years as a tech lead
  • Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development using JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) and Java
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and experience deploying applications on AWS
