Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to software engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices in development.
  • Collaborate on system design and architecture, focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS, PARTNERS, AND STAKEHOLDERS TO DRIVE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND MAXIMIZE REVENUE OPPORTUNITIES.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience of at least 4+ years with Node.js and related technologies (e.g., Express.js, MongoDB, RESTful APIs).
  • Experience of team management.
  • Experience working in agile project management environment (like DORA, Engineering Matrix)
  • Experience working in a financial product is required.
