Senior Engineering Manager Job Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our team of engineers in designing, developing, and deploying full-stack applications. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical leader to leverage their expertise and passion for software development to drive innovation and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using .NET Core, ReactJS, and other technologies.
  • Architecture and implementation of microservices-based solutions.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliverables.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high code quality.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
Required Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework Core, ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, SQL Server, Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, containerization tools like Docker, and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development.
Qualification and Soft Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
